SHIPPING YOUR PARCEL
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment and they are shipped domestically with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer delivery with signature request, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your parcel will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.
The boxes are suitably large and your items are well protected.
For Italy, shipments are made by GLS express courier.
Optima Naturals S.r.l. charges € 5.50 for orders up to € 39.90. For orders over € 39.91 shipping is free.
For foreign countries (excluding non-EU), shipments are made via DPD express courier.
Optima Naturals S.r.l. charges €12.50 for orders up to €49.00. For orders over € 49.01 shipping is free of charge.
It takes 3 to 5 working days to receive your order from the date of preparation. Orders received on Saturday and/or Sunday are dispatched from the following Monday.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during office hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is usually made within 24/48 hours (delivery time for some inconvenient locations and smaller islands may be longer). Delivery times may vary due to force majeure such as weather conditions, courier problems and strikes.
To speed up the delivery it is important to indicate the correct address where the delivery is to be made and possibly the telephone number that will only be used in case of problems with the order and delivery. It is advisable to indicate an address where someone is always available to receive the goods.
