WITHDRAWAL AND REFUNDS

The consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded pursuant to these general terms and conditions of sale without penalty, within a period of 14 (fourteen) days from when the product was delivered. The deadline is calculated, in this case, from the day of receipt the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must send an explicit written notice to Optima Naturals S.r.l. at salesaccount@optimanaturals.net to communicate their decision to withdraw. The Consumer will then receive an email confirming the exercise of the right of withdrawal, containing the return form to be inserted in the parcel and instructions on how to proceed with the return of the product within and no later than the following 14 days.

A successful return is when all returned products arrive at their destination sealed and in perfect condition. No refunds will be made on products even once opened, used or without original packaging. We recommend that you pack the products well and send them with a padded envelope or in a carton to our address. Any products that we receive broken or damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded. The risks and direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the consumer.

Our obligations for reimbursement must be fulfilled within 14 days. The period is calculated from the day the goods arrive at our warehouse. We will refund the cost using the same method of payment used in the original purchase transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In this case, any additional costs arising from the different means of payment shall be borne by the consumer. The reimbursement may also be made by means of a voucher, if agreed upon with the customer. No additional costs shall be charged to the customer. Our company is entitled to refuse a refund until it has received the goods or until the consumer has proved that he has returned the goods.

 Please note that:

- With PayPal you will get a direct refund to your PayPal account.

- With credit card you will get a direct refund on your credit card.

The Consumer is liable for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned goods are damaged (e.g. with signs of wear and tear, abrasion, scratches, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product), not accompanied by the enclosed instructions/notes/manuals, original packages and packaging and the warranty certificate, if any, the Consumer shall be liable for the decrease in the value of the goods, and shall be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product. To this end, therefore, the Consumer is requested not to handle the goods beyond what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the same, and to cover the original wrapping of the Products with other protective packaging that preserves their integrity and protects them during transport also from writing or labels.

The right of withdrawal falls in the following cases:

1.Contracts for the supply of goods that have been specifically created for the consumer's needs and for which an individual choice clearly tailored to the consumer's personal requirements has been required.

2. Contracts for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly and whose return has been made after the maximum return date.

3. Goods returned after the maximum return period.

4. Sealed goods that are returned without a seal.

5. Edible or personal hygiene goods that are opened, used or tested.

6. Goods returned obviously opened, used, tampered with, damaged.

7. Goods purchased in a multi-pack and returned only in part.
